♥ Muscle aches....
had my first badminton training on monday.... wow... it was a fierce fight..... reach the bedok cc at around 6.30pm and we change and started playing.... had win and lose.... we played straight for 1 and a half hour till 8pm.... at ard 8pm... i was getting real tired and sweating alot.... plus abit panting due to long time no play.... den 8pm had to leave as people were cuming in... i was sweating until i felt like i drop into the swimming pool and faster jump out... but except wasn't dripping water only....
had to take cab home cos by the time i take bus home... it be 9 plus plus i haven had my dinner yet.... and the next day got lesson.... reach home ard 8.30pm.... bath and had my dinner... not long later.... wen to rest.... yest came to work walking like a penguin... haha.... hard to walk.... especially when up or down the stairs.... den yest had no choice but to take cab home after class again.... den the whole night... wasn't able to turn my body easily.... hurts alot.... now still hurts but beta den yest..... must go exercise more le....
weekend going to exercise.... and if possible... go asd volunteer.... help dogs.... sometimes it be beta den keep going shopping or going watch movie... doing something meaningful.... it good....
